Will your delivery team assemble my sofa?
Assembling a Cozmo sofa is easy and doesn't require any tools, but if you are not a fan of putting things together then simply add our assembly service to your basket for £55 and we will deal with everything, including plumping the cushions and recycling the packaging.
How do I return an item?
Returning an item is easy and straightforward: simply contact us at [email protected], providing your order number and why you want to return your sofa, and we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collecting the item. We’ll ask you to repack the item in its original packaging. Once your item has been checked by our returns team, the cost of your order will be refunded, minus any fees.
